User Comments:
There were two results for Estera Tempelhof but only one girl was born between the correct year for school #9B. She was born 5 July 1930 and she appears twice; once in the Lodz Volume 5 and the Lodz Inhabitants Database. She lives at Fischstrasse 21 flat 5 and she has a note of Wgora WYM 30.7.42 Am Bach 19. She then appears living at Am-Bach 19 flat 3 and Fischstrasse 21 and a deportation date of 9 Sep 1942.

User Comments:
According to the Secondary Sources Estera would have been deported (9 Sep 1942) to Chelmno and killed in the gas vans. I found her family listed as Hersz Lajb born 16 Jun 1895 (her father) GOLDA ZALCENSTEIN Tempelhof born 20 Jul 1901 (her mother) and Abram Moszek born 20 Aug 1933 (her brother). Hersz died in the Lodz ghetto on 5 March 1943 and Golda and Abram were deported to Chelmno with Estera.

I agree you have found her family members. Estera would have been deported as part of the Gehsperre Aktion, which targeted the oldest and youngest residents of the ghetto for deportation to Chelmno. Thank you for helping to complete Estera's record.
