And according to the book "On the Edge of Destruction: Jews of Poland between the Two World Wars" by Celia Heller, "Moniek" is a diminutive form of the name "Mojzesz." Also, when I checked the USHMM database of students who signed the album, I found that Moniek is recorded as having died during the Holocaust and having a cousin named Noah Flug. Of course, we will want to do our best to confirm that information.
