I couldn't find any results under F. Ramer so I searched under fuzzy settings and found Franz Kramer born 29 Oct 1922 and he lived at Brunnen 18 flat 16 and he was deported 1.4.42. Given the fact Franz was born between the years 1921 and 1927 and his last name is similar I believe he's a good match for the student who signed the album.

I agree that this is the most likely candidate to have signed this name in the album. See you in the next stages!

I couldnt find anymore people living at Brunnen 18 flat 16. If Franz was deported on 1 April 1942 he would have ended up in Chelmno where he perished in the gas vans.

I went onto Yad Vashem and under the List of Lodz ghetto inmates I found Franz Kremer with the same information. There was also Frantisek Kremer under the Deportation list with the similar birthdate 22/10/1921 and the Details of the transport: Transport C from Praha,Praha Hlavni Mesto,Bohemia,Czechoslovakia to Lodz,Ghetto,Poland on 26/10/1941.

I agree with your conclusions about the destination of his deportation. If the Frantisek Kremer you found in the deportation list is this Franz Kramer, though, he couldn't have signed the album, since he didn't arrive in Lodz until a month after the album was signed. What do you think?
