I searched the database under the fuzzy setting for the last name of "Chopfenberg," and it returned multiple matches. There are 2 entries listed for the same girl, Pela (the last name is spelled slightly different), and I believe that she I the girl that signed the album. Pela was born February 1,1927. She resided at Basar 2 23, Basar 7, and Franz 168 4. Under one entry, she is listed as a Schueler (student) and the other entry lists her as an Arbeiterin (laborer). Under the entry for Pela Hopfenber, there is a date of 01.04.1943 listed in her notes. No further information is listed under either entry.

I agree that these records both point to the same person, who is the most likely person to have signed this name in the album. Did you check the labor cards to see if she is in there? If she was in the ghetto as late as 1943 and is listed as an Arbeiterin, there's a chance you might find her in the cards.
