Great work! Ester can definitely be a nickname for Estera, and Sapir is close enough to Safir that we can assume this could be the child who signed the book.
Did you look at Estera Sara Sapir? They are born in the same year, and they lived on the same streets but their street number and apartment numbers are different, so they might not necessarily be the same girl. I would be comfortable adding her to this file because she could also have been the girl who signed the book.
