I agree you've found the most likely candidate to have signed the album based on the similarity of the name--great work going between the analogues of Hawa and Chiwa. In 1941 she would have been 13 years old, the right age for school #8b.
The address "Wielun" in the address field likely refers to the city Wielun, about 100 km SW of Lodz. We know that there were Jews from Wielun sent to Lodz in August 1942, which would have been too late for her to have signed the album. The name is too close a match for me not to want to investigate further, though. What do you think?
