User Comment:

We also found another result with the same exact name who was a girl born on Feb. 15th, 1930. She also lived at the same exact address. Because they have the same exact name and address, we think that this is the same person. The only difference in information is the month that they were born, but they day is the same.

I agree these records refer to the same person! Please list the additional date of birth and any other information you find in the second record in the appropriate fields on this stage as well.

User Comment:
I looked through the previous submission regarding Cipa's identity and concurred with the findings. I moved to the ghetto stage and looked up all records with the last name "Olsztajn". I found Fajga Olsztajn, who I believe to be Cipa's mother. She was born 17 October, 1896, making her the right age. Additionally, she lived at Hohens 25, 21, the same address as Cipa and her occupation was listed as being a housewife. For these reasons I believe the two shared a mother-daughter relationship. I found Kasriel Lajb Olsztajn, born 16 april, 1892 who also lived at Hohens 25, 21. Because he fits the age range where Cipa's father would have been and because of the address in the ghetto I believe him to be her father. There is always the possibility that he could be an uncle who lived at the same address but I believe the most probable explanation is for them to have a father-daughter relation. Additionally, I found a Samuel Olsztajn at the same address, born 27 March, 1933. I believe him to be a younger brother. I also found Sura Olsztajn at Hohens 25, 21, born 31 December 1920. Because of the shared address and surname, I believe that Sura was either an older sister or a relative (such as a cousin or aunt). She is recorded to have died on 12 July, 1944.
