I did a search and found Naftali Apfelbaum born 05/01/1930 and he lived at AM Bach 11 Flat 25 and he had a ghetto note of A.B. 14.9.42 and there was a ghetto address of Alt Lokat and I wasn't sure if this was an address or not.

I agree that this is the likeliest candidate to have signed this name in the album--in 1941, he would have been 11 years old, the right age for school #13b. My first thought on "Alt Lokat" is the same as "Alter Mieter"--it refers to a prior location ("Lokation" is indeed borrowed from the English "location" in German; "Alt" again means "old"). Am Bach 11 is in the area where we've seen a number of "Alter Mieter" or "A.M." notes, so this might refer to Naftali and the Apfelbaum family's prior residence at Am Bach before and during the establishment of the ghetto.

I found the following people living at Am Bach 11 25; Abram Apfelbaum (Naftali's father?) born 27/01/1901 and for some reason it gives his occupation as Alt Lokat. I'm guessing that might of been a mixup. Froim Lajb Apfelbaum born 1927, Bajla also born in 1930, and Cham born 15/01/1932 with a ghetto note of A.B. 25/09/1942 and Malka Zysa born 29/12/1933 and also with the ghetto note of 25/09/1942.
I also found Efraim Lajb Apfelbaum born 14/12/1927 living at Am Bach 11 20 also with a Bajla Apfelbaum born 1903.

I also suspect that "Alt Lokat" should have been in a different field. These conclusions all sound reasonable.
Be careful when entering data from the notes fields--Chaim's 25.09.42 date is listed as "A.G.," not "A.B."
