there was another ghetto adress, so im guesing that he was transported it was Litzman 12

I agree this is the most likely person to have signed the album, but I still do not think Leszno was his middle name--thank you for taking it out of the name field. I don't think he was transported, since General-Litzmann-Strasse and Hohensteinstrasse were both streets within the ghetto, but rather he moved or his family was forced to move within the ghetto. I look forward to seeing what else you find!
