The identity of A. Minc seems to be Abram Minc, a boy born in 1927. All other names with last name Minc and first name beginning with A did not seem to fit the age range (birth dates ranging from 1921 to 1934).
Under notes they gave a second address for Abram: Sulfz 69. I placed it with the first address, but I was curious to why they would list it here. More research to come.
Abram's occupation is Schueler.
