    1941-1944 Armaments specialists at conferences and weapons demonstrations, including Armaments Minister Albert Speer, Hitler, Himmer, military and industrial leaders.

    Reel 2: Events of 6 and 7 June, 1943, in Hillersleben, Germany. Participants in front of the conference building, talking to each other and posing for the camera. Goebbels, Speer, others, exit the building. Conference participants watch a demonstration of flamethrowers. Interior shot of men eating in a large dining hall. Porsche waves to the camera. A large group of the participants, in uniform and civilian dress, stand outside the conference building, talking and smoking. 01:03:20 close view of Milch.

    01:04:37: Moehnetalsperre: Speer visits a rebuilt retaining wall on October 1943. He speaks to a group of Organization Todt members, then presents medals to some of the men. Goerner and Dr. Xaver Dorsch in conversation.

    Gotenhafen [Gdansk], 22-25 October, 1943: Doenitz, Speer, others visting the Cap Arcona on October 22-25, 1943. The ship in harbor and at sea, performing exercises. U-boats perform exercises. The Cap Arcona was the scene of an atrocity on May 3, 1945. The SS loaded over 5, 000 survivors of a death march from Neuengamme on to the ship and positioned it in the Bay of Neustadt in Luebeck, in a location where the British would mistake it for a military transport. The British bombed the ship, and only 450 prisoners survived.

    01:14:28 September 30 - October 1, 1943, at the Fuehrerhauptquartier (FHQ) in Rastenburg, East Prussia. A group of men (high-ranking officers and civilians) stand in front of the FHQ. They confer in various groups and consult documents. Hitler appears with others, including Schaub and Speer. Hitler, Himmler, others at the FHQ train station. Close-ups of a tank attempting to travel over railroad tracks, while Hitler and others observe. Men lean out of a train window, looking into the camera.

    01:20:28 Events from 23-24 June, 1944. Footage shot from a car travelling through Linz, Austria. Group of men, including Speer, Goerner, Porsche, Saur. Very bad quality scenes of a group of people in front of a cloister. Group includes Mrs. Speer and pianist Wilhelm Kempf and violinist Professor Kulenkampff, who gave a concert for those attending the armaments conference.

    Reel 3: 01:21:28 FHQ in Vinnitsa, Ukraine, 10-12 August, 1942. Alfred Krupp von Bohlen, others, arriving in an airplane. Speer, Krupp, others, outside the FHQ. Bodenschatz, Milch, Sauckel. Somewhat better quality. Street scenes in Vinnitsa. A few shots of the residents of the city, including men repairing roads under German guard.
