MuseumBela Tsugaeva
Bela Tsugaeva is a program assistant with World Vision, working with displaced Chechens in Ingushetia. Previously she was an administrator of the Nazran Legal Counseling Center, working with internally displaced persons from Chechnya. She has also worked with the International Rescue Committee and the Danish Refugee Council. She graduated from the Chechen State University in 1993 with a degree in English, staying on as a faculty member there. She is currently in her third year of postgraduate work in English.
