The Right Honorable Lord Frank Judd of Portsea

The Right Honorable Lord Frank Judd of Portsea is a member of the British House of Lords. Before receiving his peerage in 1991, Lord Judd represented Portsmouth in the House of Commons. He is the former Rapporteur for Chechnya to the Political Affairs Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), an intergovernmental organization that promotes human rights, and co-chaired the Joint PACE-Duma Working Group on Chechnya. In these capacities, he made several visits to the region. Lord Judd is also the former director of Oxfam.
