Pauline Baker
Pauline Baker is President of the Fund for Peace, a Washington, D.C. based research and educational organization that works to prevent war and alleviate the conditions that cause war. Pauline is a political scientist by training with more than forty years experience in academia and the policy world. The Fund for Peace has just published, in partnership with Foreign Policy Magazine, its second annual Failed States Index.
