    Legislation:
    There is currently no legislation in Louisiana regarding the teaching of the Holocaust.
    LOUISIANA ACADEMIC STANDARDS

    While the Holocaust is not addressed explicitly in the Louisiana Social Studies Content Standards, they are inferred in various grade level expectations (GLE). These include GLE 39, 40, and 41.
