To be considered, please complete the online application no later than June 6, 2008. A letter of recommendation from your supervisor must also be mailed to Nicole Hanna no later than June 6, 2008. Applications will be evaluated and applicants notified of their status beginning February 1, 2008, and continuing until June 6, 2008, or until the conference capacity is reached. Those who are accepted will be asked to confirm their attendance by sending a $50 registration fee. Participants will receive a $150 voucher and educational materials. (Vouchers have no cash value and will be redeemable only for merchandise in the Museum Shop.)

While there is no charge for the conference, participants are responsible for their own transportation and accommodations. Please refer to the main Belfer Conference page for information about scholarship opportunities.

If you have more than five years experience teaching about the Holocaust and would like to attend a Belfer Conference, please contact Nicole Hanna at the address below or consult the Museum’s Web site (www.ushmm.org) for information on the Teacher Fellowship Program.
