Current Applications
There are many Museum programs and workshops for educators.

Museum Teacher Fellowship Program
This program, formerly known as the Mandel teacher Fellowship Program, invites skilled secondary school teachers to join a national corps of teachers who serve as leaders in Holocaust education in their schools, communities, and professional organizations. Participants in this program create outreach projects to advance Holocaust education. This program pays all expenses for travel and costs for a weeklong institute and follow-up conference at the Museum in Washington D.C.

Workshops and Conferences
Teacher workshops and conferences are offered throughout the year at the Museum and around the country. Programs are developed to meet educators' specific learning needs and are conducted over a one- to three-day period. Small group sessions allow time for interactive activities. Educational materials and information about student visits to the Museum are provided. Some specially funded workshops and conferences offer financial assistance for travel and/or resources.

Online Teacher Workshop
The Museum's mandate is not to tell you exactly how to teach this difficult history, but to support you in this difficult endeavor, providing resources and guidance as well as help in finding additional resources in your area.
