The Central Archives of Modern Records provides free access to documents over thirty years old. Archives related to Holocaust-era assets include:

• The archival collection Polska Misja przy Sojuszniczej Radzie Kontroli w Berlinie 1931, 1937-1944, 1945-1958, unit 143.
• Bank Polski S.A. w Warszawie 1924-1952, units 778, 800, 669, 1132, 1133.
• Biuro Rewindykacji w Warszawie 1944, 1945-1951, with some 26,000 documents regarding Polish property confiscated by the Nazis as well as 30,000 index cards with restoration claims from individuals, firms, and other institutions.
• Biuro odszkodowan Wojennych przy Prezydium Rady Ministrow w Warszawie 1944-1949, consisting of microfilmed document groups 153-160, 164, 165, and 197-202.
